A very nice, clean Besser's Stationers Buffalo (NY) pencil sharpener, made by the Automatic Pencil Sharpener Division of the Spengler-Loomis Manuf. Co. I believe the original owner repainted the crank knob, and certainly made the wood stand on which it's affixed.
