Beautiful round top trunk!! I love the wonderful design in the pressed tin and the lithograph in the lid is fantastic!! Too bad the original lock hasp is missing, but based on what’s remaining of the lock, it would date sometime during late 1800’s.
It is a great trunk very similar to one I bought many years ago on a trip to Toronto. I think anyone seeing one should buy it>mine still had some of the original paint on it of red with highlights of silver. Yours is gorgeous also !~
