Hello everyone!!
More horse racing related bookends. These horse, jockey and stirrup bookends are a recent find. They're well modeled and the stirrups are made to look very worn. I got this set at a decent price as the tail is missing from one of the horses. But, not a deal breaker for me.
These are not what I'd call old, as they were made in 2001 by O.C.C. (OKCasting ) in Ponca City, Oklahoma and they are marked O.C.C 2001 as seen in pic #4. I'm not a fan of anything resin, but O.C.C. does make some beautiful pieces and I happen to have several of their pieces in my collection. These measure 7 1/4" long, 4 1/4" wide and stand 8" tall.
