Can anyone tell me about this please and thank you, bought in Amsterdam 30+ years ago, on queens day market, gallery sticker preter breugher on the back of the mount., I’ve tried all the usual searches but had no luck, the painting is enamel on a copper canvas.

It is not "preter breugher" but Pieter Breughel.
This plaque was sold at Pieter Breughel Art Gallery, Kalverstraat 7 in Amsterdam.
