Anyone know how this is supposed to work, it's a strike lite mechanism, but I think it's missing something maybe? I can't find anything about it online except that is weidlich brothers mfg who made it. Tyia!

The bottom of the Wheel and wick mechanism ,(Pull)
separates from The body of the frog ,giving you
access to a flint spring and Flammable fluid chamber..
Use caution it’s probably swollen to the frog ,,CRACK !
