Antique Child Size Rocking Chair

Hello everyone!!
While out doing a bit of treasure hunting a couple of weeks ago, I came across this antique child size rocking chair. There are a lot of old historical homes where I live and this came from the estate of one of those homes. So, it's nice to live in such a historical area. Though it's not in my genre of collecting, I couldn't pass it up for the price I paid.

It's made of oak and the upholstery, though well worn, appears to be original (though I could be wrong about that). It's made incredibly well and has some heft to it. It’s in really amazing condition and the wood only needed a minor cleaning and polishing. It measures 24" tall, 16" wide and 21" deep. Since this is not my area of expertise, I'm hoping someone out there can help me put an approximate date on this little rocking chair.

Anyway, it makes a great place for Ebenezer Scrooge to sit during the Christmas season.
