Torviscosa ceramic pieces are relatively rare
It was a school / studio that operated back in the 1950-70s within a factory town basically in the middle of nowhere Italy (Udine area).
What made it special were some of the artists (teachers) that worked there -i.e. Nino Strada, Angelo Biancini...........

They manufactured viscose for the Italian textile market and the owner was Franco Marinotti, considered one of the most important 20th Century art collectors in the world
Their mark looks vaguely similar to Alessio Tasca's as well.
