Antique 4 strand emerald native American necklace with pure gold hexagon shape pendant with half massive pearl and ivory inset, has lower carat gold studs around the pendant Has animal teeth on the strands and half bullets to the clasp with gold fittings. On the pendant at the bottom is little shots which would be for loading and old fun. There is approx 550 emerald stones which would be about 90 carats in total. The pendant and smaller nugget weigh about 4 Oz if the purest gold , I believe the pearl and ivory is places on the pendant so you can't touch the gold underneath as touching the gold makes gold dust on yourself. Please can someone help with age and where it comes from. This is a very valuable piece which i found in a cigar cabinet the person i bought the cabinet from did not know it was in there and i know the dealer is a native american chief and the necklace was a family piece for him
please can anyone help the pictures dont do it justice, i can find nothing like it the gold alone is 15k scrap but due to the size of the hexagon pendant it is worth at least 5 times that you cant find a piece that big today. the little one is a few quid to. I have looked in a lot of places and can not find better, the native chief was a war hero he came over here in the war and never went back. I believe this is at least 200 yrs old due to the gun shots which were only used then it could be a lot older.
