appreciate your knowledge about this carpet mp.kunst, it is often grouped with 15thC French tapestries but I recognized the text as German, glad to learn this

could be newfld sometimes they gather the whole AUBUSSON, STYLE, sometimes they
take the whole gotthic period , that won,t help much probably , because early gothic period there is not that much
i think you can,t fill a whole exhibition by chimericals , although museum holders emphasizes the courtious connotation of the unicorn etc
