Pair small yellow & white streaked glass cups with enamel decoration - Moser?

I picked these up at an op shop last weekend after I got the Loetz Barock piece at a nearby flea market. A pretty good haul for the day, I thought!
Here we have two small cups with handles, made from cased glass, yellow with fine white streaks. Not spatter glass. There is enamel decoration in orange. Handles are clear.
I’m wondering if these are by Moser or Harrach. Looks different to the Welz yellow & white pieces.
In good condition.
Likely Bohemian origin, late 19th century.
