This object is a handmade copper saucer with heavy-quality matte cloisonné enamel.
It has a round shape with a brass or copper rim featuring an image in the center.
The purple and blue glossy enamel on the underside features a raised ring.
The image depicts a cityscape. Possibly Russian, Scandinavian, or Middle Eastern, but I could not find anything similar.
Does anyone know where this was made? By whom? And when?
