I really like Peranakan, Bencharong and practically every piece I've seen made for the SE Asian market. I'm not sure whether this is a plate or a bowl. It's more like a large, shallow bowl.

see cover of the book , it is a perfect match
actually , it is not much value , but can publish it for bragging rights
Thanks Waki. This dish is really beautiful to me, so I'm glad it isn't super valuable or i wouldn't be able to afford them. I have quite a few pieces made for the SE Asian market now.
well this is an miscommunication , no a part of the comment is about mij plate, with plate to come, which is IMO not much , value , which i tried substantiate much value
which i tried to substantiate, bij means of the cover of the book of the embden museum
WELL THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR PLATE, ACTUALLY I LOVE IT, i believe we got a discussion about this . i believe with a very skilled collector who is highly likely also een assesor, and carries likely a lot of weight
this time i have, not looked, for the simple reason ,actually the assesment difference was very small , . well it was a fuzz i believe about nothing , i don,t recall pricisely, IMO this is something like 3 quarter 18 century
SO I STATE IT AGAIN THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR PLATE, AND THE VALUE is ok AND NOW I GO TO BED BECAUSE I AM DEAD IN THE WATER
WAKI
Thank you, once again Waki! good night!
