Cuckoo Clocks, twice as much going on in half the space. Fixing and maintaining them in good running order is seldom cheap but they are wonderful clocks. I'm not a collector of Cuckoos but yours looks very nice.

Bruce99. hit it right on the head. some clock repairman will say just dont bring me a cuckoo clock. some will give you a short story so you will sell it to them cheap and later you will see it for sale.

I have that exact clock. The hands were broken on mine too when I got it from my wife's grandparent's estate after their passing.
I've been looking but still can't really nail down the age of it. I'm guessing it is from the 60's (maybe 70's) based on how long the grandparents kept stuff around. :) Of course I could be wrong, but it's a swag.
The name "Regula" as shown on the movement wasn't used until 1958 according to someone on another forum that emailed the manufacture, so we know it can't be older than that.
Mine still works wonderfully after a little TLC on the bellows.
