This is Fenton's "SCOTCH THISTLE " COMPOTE. circa 1915. It is a rare piece, beautiful iridescence blue-base coloring with brillant golden multi colored carnival finish - I would definitely call it electric! stunning

Hello Bubbas, Its really Nice but I think it has more of a Satin and Silver tone, then electrical:)
You are right, I saw the blue tones, but Silvery Satin really fits. Thanks Bubba
