nouveau hand painted plates

This will be a double post, as I have more images that apply to my question, so please look at my next post to get the complete picture.

These are the first two of three small handpainted plates that I bought about 25 years ago in KC. The seller said they came from the sale of an estate in St Louis that was almost completely Nouveau/Deco.

My conundrum is that these two are the same mold, but different patterns, and they are done by different artists [see graphics on reverse].
I believe that they may have been from a cottage industry, or small pottery school, if you will, that bought or made the blanks and then various artists painted them.

The reason I say this is that in my next post you will see that a different shaped, and subject matter plate is done by the same artist as the first one [white flowers] in this post.

These two plates are 5 3/8" wide and very shallow. They are hand painted, but I do not know if they are original designs, or if they were taken from patterns that could have been supplied to "the school" along with the blanks.

If anyone can recognize the maker's [or artist's] mark, I would appreciate anything that you can share with me about these.
