ceramic masterpiece, havent got a clue where its made by who and what time althoug i assume its 70s 80s, mystery hunters please be my guest ps the diameter is 60cm and it weighs about 5 to 7 kilo please enjoy

It looks German to me. They did some wonderful designs and used color very well. Many schools in Berlin so it might be from there, student piece?? Certainly just a guess.
