This is a Disney Mickey Mouse 1930's Tin Lamp with a hand painted reproduction shade (similar to the original). Lamp is the rarer green color and stands approx. 10" to the top of shade. The lamp was made by Soreng-Manegold.

Someone has done a very nice job on the re-fit of the shade, I agree, Clarabelle looks very good.
