This is a so called Schaumgold enameled pendant from the Biedermeier period. (As the "Biedermeier" refers to the time period between the Congress of Vienna in 1814 and the revolution of 1848 in Austria. France called this period "Restoration".)
Schaumgold: (A thin Goldblech is the basic material for most factory-made trinkets (shaped by pressing). Biedermeier jewelry often consists of Schaumgold.)
I this pendant has been made in this period of beautiful turkoois enamel and a little pampel. 2.8 inches (7 cm.) long and as you can see on the third photo fits very good with these little gold turkoois earrings.
