My neighbor always had this covered up whenever i was visiting with her. She just moved out [sad] and i checked out her place and this original painting was on the wall. i couldn't find a signature, but didn't have too much time to look either. i thought it was pretty well done - kind of reminds me of edgar payne [almost, but not quite the best quality of light he gets].
looks like a signature down on the right? Do you own this? Check the back for a number or label. It looks to be about 24x30
i think that this is by Conrad Schwiering - a famous painter of the Tetons. if it is, then it's pretty valuable. what do you all think?

yes this is a painted mural, the 'frame is actually part of the wall.
