Picked this up along with the Jozefina Vase and a couple of other things which I'll post shortly. Kind of an interesting design with specks of orange glass scattered though out the piece. Don't know the maker. I'll leave that to our resident glass experts. I'm terrible with this stuff ! -Mike-
