I dont know much about Doll Houses but this really looks like a nice one.
Its about 26" Tall and about 26" wide.
I dont see a brand or maker name. If anyone knows if this would be a collectable house.

    Thank you

What a grand house ! Yes these doll houses are very collectible and they take a long time to make . My daughter did one it took 2 years to finish . There are many people that collect these along with doll house furniture and dolls . You do find the most diverse items to post . Love them all !******

Thank you Manikin...:) would this be something that was made from a kit. Would there be stemware to have this appraised? I do think it is amazing.

Thanks so much for your kind words...

I think you would be better served if you research kits and post on doll house sites rather than paying to have it appraised. The flooring appears to be stamped out and if my eyes are seeing right there are a number of really sloppy glue joints. I don't mean to put the house down but an appraisal might set you back more than you want to get involved with. There are numerous doll house sites, sites to buy kits etc. and the collector sites are full of people ready to share their information. There are also sites where those who build doll houses gather to trade information and tricks of the trade. An experienced builder could probably identify this piece quickly and be willing to give you a value.

I agree with fhrj on paying to have it appraised I would do a search on ones similar that sold . They did come in kits and you could also but separate pieces if you wanted another type of brick ect . You would have to sell local as shipping is out of the question . To fragile and to big . I don't know where you located but depending on quality of workmanship, details ect price it all factored in to what they sell for . The kits are not cheap either .
