Beautiful old perfume bottle (FRENCH)???

    This is the mother in laws beautiful old perfume bottle ..
    Not too much known about it really , she thinks it's French and it was bought at the house auction of Sir Garbutt Knott who passed in 1949..
    It has a stunning portrait of a young maiden I think in enamel painted on the side as in pics with guilded pattern on the back , in immaculate condition it stands roughly 4"h ..
    Does anyone recognise this type of bottle ?? Or any guesses to who or where it may of came from . Or even recognise the maiden ???
