    Karenoke
    (102 items)

All these pieces need to be fixed in one way or another. But all pieces are there and will stay together for a photo, but not to wear.
I purchased these years ago on the cheap, cheap due to the condition.
I know about the cuff, as far as the (if my memory serves me) God of lighting? And it's a handmade piece from Siam, well marked and quite old.
And the large panel bracelet is from Peru, per the stamp. And it's stamped 900 and has a stamp that looks like a capital AS kinda formed like a triangle or pyramid?
Then the smaller panel bracelet is stamped " Taxco 925 Sterling" and I'm mostly sure it's from Mexico. And it's my favorite of the three. But I'd love to know what the carved stones may be?
    Thanks for looking!

Really nice! The carved stones on your Taxco bracelet are Onyx.

I thought of onyx, but one of them has a kinda brownish color to one side that reminds me a bit of a cats eye stone.
Thanks for confirming the stone for me, as anything I say is mostly a guess...lol
Much appreciate the info and love!

      Obsidian is found in Mexico.

Thanks for all the love and kind comments everyone!

And Gillian, I guess this gives the Taxco piece another option as to the carved stones. However, the Obsidian appears to be much blacker than onyx, or at least most onyx I've seen. But I'll do some more reading from that link and learn more about it. Thanks for sharing with me!

Thanks for all the helpful and kind comments everyone, as well as the love.

@Gillian - yes, Obsidian is also found in Mexico and used in various Taxco pieces. Obsidian is a glass, not a gemstone, and is a much more intense black color than Onyx. The stones in the bracelet are a somewhat duller shade of black.

Thank you for the explanation Efesgirl!
I thought the obsidian looked to be a much richer, deeper black also.
But between the two of you I learned more about both.
Thanks, Bonnie and Gillian! Much appreciated.
