Victorian cased glass hand vase with gilded decoration

This Victorian hand vase is made from two layers of cased glass - pink over a white interior. It measures 23 cm tall, 9.5 cm across the crimped top rim, & 7.5 cm across the base. There is gilded decoration on the vase, including strokes applied all over the hand, which is unusual. Opaque, or cased glass hand vases in pink are fairly uncommon, & it took me a while to track this one down. Bohemian origin most likely.
