Neat little cabinet piece picked up on eBay recently. About 5" tall. In Candia Silberiris (II), one of my favorite decors. Simple and rich, like honey vanilla ice cream. :)
UPDATE: Previously published here, I stated that this was PN II-5184; I was nagged by the fact that the pattern drawing for 5184 lists the height as 150mm (my piece is not that tall), and does not list Candia Silberiris among the decors for that shape. Thanks to Jitka Lnenickova, the riddle has been solved. PN II-5006, missing from Ricke II, is shown here (see last photo) in the proper size (128mm), and lists the decor, Candia silberiris II. Raises a new question, though - what is Candia silberiris II, and how does it differ from Candia silberiris? At any rate, here is an example of Candia silberiris II. Tomorrow, I'll photograph the two side by side. Stay tuned!
