Found in a yard sale. Loved the look. This is what i learned about it so far from a collector.
"I have spoken with my clock collecting buddy in Japan (we are Tezuka collectors, among others) and he informs me that your trademark indicates pre-War Tokyo Clock Company. He further states that after the war they went into the bowling machinery business which was all the rage at that time but they ultimately went bankrupt in about 1970.
I sent him the image of your trademark and he recognized it immediately. Since it is pre-war and looks to have a nice dial it is probably a very collectible clock."

Have you tested it under a black light? I have one exactly like this, made in Germany, that glows beautifully under UV light.
