Can anyone help me identify these wings? What years were they produced? Who made them?

Is the screw on the back an add-on?

   The screw on the back looks original, it would have come with a matching nut to fasten the pin, perhaps on a hat or lapel.

   Can you post a picture of the wing with the nut off, to show the back?
