I'd like to so share some of my glass ware with you, unfortunately I don't know anything about any of them, annoyingly not like most pottery glass is not marked especially old glass, I love my old glasses collection (I think! old anyway) only by listening and researching makes me think they are old, all have been found in charity shops for no more than an average of 30 cents.
My oil lamp collection is the same, slowly collected over years from charity shops and garage sales. The lovely red cedar chiffonier was bought in a second hand shop and still needs a little restoring, one day!....:-) thanks for looking.

Hi Inky , a lot of the clear glass looks late Victorian / edwardian in age. I'm pretty sure the amber vase is Czech as is the blue one in same photo.
Love the red Cedar Chiffonier. So does this mean that you are in OZ??

I occaisionly get things off Trademe but find some Kiwi's still living in the 19th century . They do not like selling to OZ , and think Paypal is some form of forigen intervention.
That's wonderful, thank you sooooo! much, I shall write a little note and pop it inside, because I know!!! I will never remember. I will start doing the fun bit, a bit of researching!
