Just wondering if anyone recognizes where these could have come from. I want to say middle-Eastern/Turkey or something like that. Its got to be at least a hundred years old, perhaps more. I'm thinking the top to something? Its deffinitely sterling, which is what I bought it for, but now I'm curious to know where it came from, and more importantly, what on earth it IS?
