From what's showing, that appears to be a nice porcelain door push. Made for Canadian market, these usually come out of The Great White North. They are going for 200-400 on eBay currently. Here are a couple recent auction results:

This push bar is very common in southern Ontario and even on ebay now, I see this pushbar often selling under 200$ FYI.
