Here are some hopefully better pictures of the vase I put up earlier and another vase the taller one is about 8 1/2 inches tall the other is about 6 inches tall and 5 inches across..... both have lovely polished pontils....Let me know what you think...

I'm going to go out on a bit of limb, but I think your spotted one might be a Koloman Moser design/decor. It's superlative whatever it is.
The other example is prototypical Medici phanomen decor. Nice shape, too!
I'm certain the vase in question is a Loetz unknown/unidentified Phenomen Genre. The decoration looks similar to that found in Loetz lamp shades. Congratulations on a great find.
Both of them are great, but this "unidentified Phenomen Genre" is a magnificent one!
