I need some assistance in identifying the origin of this amazing piece! I inherited this from the estate of a relative and honsetly know very little about Native American jewelry. It is sterling with turquoise inlay and has interesting construction - see pictures. I think this hails from the 1940s as that would make sense given the previous owner and it has no apparent markings. Is it Navajo? Zuni? Just a mystery to me.
Thanks for looking and any assistance you can give.
Best,
Ellen

45 yrs ago I dealt in Hopi & Zuni but this style just doesn't quite ring a bell.
Thanks - I am thinking it is perhaps Navajo - just trying to learn more...Best, Ellen
