This is a very nice alarm clock made by Smiths, of England. It is a memory for all of us who woke up to the traditional Kellogg's cereal, "Rice Krispies", including my uncle, who had it until he moved away. My grandparents had it in their garage, then I took it, and have had it ever since. The clock has a later form of transistor movement that also works perfectly! A cool piece of Snap Crackle Pop history we have here. Thanks!
