      Hello Huey,

It LOOKS like you may have a New Haven "Elbe" circa 1880. If so, you clock would be made of Walnut and would measure 24" high with a 6" dial. The pendulum is not a barometer but rather has a regulation scale to help the owner adjust the speed of the clock's movement.

You can view several photos of other New Haven Elbes here: http://www.antiqueclockspriceguide.com/keywordresults.php?k=elbe&Submit=Search&ordertype=DESC&newkeywordsearch=yes

      Hope this helps.
