This was given to my grandparents as a wedding gift in 1912. My mother still has it sitting on her shelf in working condition. I believe my father restored the finish and replaced the columns. It is a wind up clock and I am not sure of the actual make of the clock. I hope to inherit it and pass it on to one of my children!

It looks like a SESSIONS CLOCK. Google "Sessions Clock" and look at the image page/section for these clocks and you will certainly find it. RER (LOUMANAL)

Those hands are very unusual. The major American clock manufacturers all traded on their brand name and so there might be a trademark stamp or name on one of the movement plates. That would be the best place to start if you are trying to identify this clock. It might help if you could post some more photos of the clock including the movement.

Thank you for your input. I know nothing. About antiques and you've been very helpful on where and what to look for. I will get some more pictures next week!
