Relisting update : I previously listed this piece with the generic title "Bohemian" Tango vase.
However after seeing the photos in the Glass Notes article of Harrach Tango I now believe I can say the lavender vase is Harrach.
Photo 2: Glass Notes shows the same vase in orange.
