This is a U.S. Army canteen from WWII in black enamel finish issued 1942
Stamped on bottom of canteen is U.S.S. Co. 1942 (U.S. Steel Co.)
Pouch stamped U.S. on front and Baker-Lockwood Mfg. Co - 1941 on back
Aluminum cup in pouch stamped U.S. S.M. Co. 1944 (Southwestern Metals Co.)
