    Unknown (to me) maker. 10 inches tall. Heavy glass. French retail label. Detailed enameled floral decoration. Iridescent goldenrod orange color with lavender "diamonds" throughout. Imbedded or molded fine threads, top to bottom. Rigaree. Tri-lobed rim. Five applied feet. A lot going on here.
