this is a nice and particulary rare chocolate cup, usally these cups are small, this is a king size made especially for chocolate.
produced in france in early 19th century ( 1830-1850) by lot of factories in Paris , thats why most of it production is called " vieux paris".

hi surfbuf, i've seen you plate.... not old, yours is probably a limoges rescent plate, for export.
Yes definatly a newish one but a similar flower pattern , yours is great !!
surfdub ive just reminded of a documentary of limoges fakes, i things this dish was produced for the bon in limoges, but decorated in morocco, and imported back to france, and sold as "real limoges" you can find all marks and backtamps of limoges manufacturers here :
