    This is a Japanese officer dirk which hung from the belt while wearing the dress uniform. The scabbard is made of leather with brass fittings, while the handle is simulated sting ray skin (finely pebbled) with a fine brass wire wrapped around the it, and brass fittings as well. The blade is a highly polished machine made blade.

      I lived on Kwajalein Atoll for 7 yrs & made dives on several Japanese wrecks.I collected several items.I was wondering is their a website or something regarding collectors of stuff from Japanese warships.Thanks,Randy
