nineteeneth century Chinese silver dragon childs belt buckle

Well, at least that's what my friend who has much more knowledge then I do seems to think this is. I googled & the images do seem the same as some online. As to whether it's nickel or sterling, I can't say. It has a square mark on the back but even with my new vision & a loop, I can't make out if there is any writing inside. Still, I spent a pleasant day with my buddy going to yard sales & breakfast. Tomorrow is just for family in memory of my mom.
