This is a puzzler that I found with my collector friend. He had this in a box and it looks like to me either Bakelite or celluloid. This measures 4.75" x 4.25". Any thoughts. Thanks for looking

Did you do all the tests? If so and nothing worked...it must be a younger type of plastic.
No thoughts on this but I love the colour & I love the horse head well done again. I've been slack & been off line a lot. Be well
