No idea of the maker of this. I think older. Might it be a different type of Paperweight than a round ball type?? I have no idea. I know I have seen some rectangle paperweights with a jagged edge that were older. Not sure IF this falls there -- or just some Vintage Glass Duck Decor.
Any ideas?
