Antique key with religious or masonic bow.
Made in silver plated metal, maybe copper. Never seen a key like this and i have no idea in what type of lock or door could be used.
The cross is similar to Templars Cross and the bit is somehow complex.
Any help about use and date would be very apreciated. Many thanks in advance

      Hi
      rsilcar
I wish to see the lock of this key, really an amazing key, it should be open something very precious, just the way the key was design, it could be a padlock or kind of small chest.
Lucky you, just curious where did you find it ????
      Thanks for sharing this.
      Regards
      Alan

      Hello Alan,
Thank you for your comment and my apologies for my late post.
Unfortunatly it will be imposible to show you the lock for this key, i just bought this key from a collectibles shop and it was kept inside a droobe with old rusty keys and no locks at all. I think you might be right, likely a padlock or a personalized type of safe box..
Yes, i think i was lucky to find it.. Found in Europe.
Thank you for your comment and my apologies for answering late.
      Regards.

It's called a Cruciform Key mated with a Bramah Key. These guys will know! Contact them. I use topic-centered forums a lot when I can't figure something out. Let us know. (I do not think it's an antique, though.)
