I believe this is a Fratelli Toso bowl. It is cased in a caramel color with a white layer and stretch bubbles throughout. The bowl is 11.5 inches long, 3.5 inches at the widest point and 6.75 inches at the tallest point.

Beautiful, well executed bowl! Do you mean Fratelli Toso?
    2. artglassfan, 6 years ago
Yes....I left the Toso part out of my post by mistake...Thanks

Yes, I would think Fratelli Toso too....personally. I have never seen this one which I think is unique and kinda rare. Great that the long arms are still intact!!!

What I note of interest is -- that I can see some (Canadian) Chalet/Lorraine Glass resemblance in this. After all - it was Murano Glass workers that migrated to Canada to started Chalet Art Glass here. Here is some of the story:

So in your pic # 2 posted here -- I can the same influences in this Chalet piece with the long arms:

....and also with my Uranium Chalet Glass here also:

I found this post truly interesting -- and pure relevant to past history of both Murano and Chalet/Lorraine Glass. Thanks for the Post !!!!
