1961 - Ashtray and Trophy ( Curling )

Thought I would post this old Ashtray that is also a Curling Trophy. Metal with a Metal Trophy figure (not plastic ). Whereas the Newer trophy figures have Plastic figures. Metal plate on it that says: " Assaly Event 1961" so it dates itself.....LOL. Back in those Days - many a Small town had hockey and Curling rinks to the community to Enjoy and Great together. It was what they did on the Prairies in the Winter. Great old trophy, Great old Ashtray.

Back in the days when Ashtrays were/considered Ok gifts. My how times have changed in the *Smoking Field*
