Marked with a logo of CRISTAL ST LOUIS FRANCE.
Does show wear on the base. I picked it up for one dollar. About 3 inches tall and about 6 inches wide. I am not sure how old this is -- but I know it looks Superb in my Glass Cabinet....LOL
