Acid-etched wave cranberry bud vase

This is a small cased mould-blown bud vase with two layers of cranberry around clear. The mould is wave-y and some of the relief seems to have been augmented by acid-etching, leaving the vase with a strange, oily feel. I thought that was one of those Ali Baba plastic-coated effects, but a heavy industrial solvent treatment hasn't removed a thing.
I thought the long neck Welz-y but apparently not. Mr A Produktion again.
It is 12cm high.
