Trying to figure out who made this paperweight.
#1 in the centre cane, 2 1/4" diameter, black or very dark blue base. Maybe it is a letter cane?
Any ideas appreciated!

Looks like the cane might be inverted and it should be 'J' - hoping to get confirmation on this.
