This is a Cat D-7 model made in 1948 by Cruver. It is made of plastic and is in 1/24 scale, about 7-1/2 in long.
Needless to say but these are hard to come by in good shape.
It does have four small wheels on the bottom of the tracks so it will roll on the floor.
